To become and enterpreneur one should have some qualities;

RISK TOLERANCE. Entrepreneurship is often connected with uncertainty. While it's correct that starting a venture demands an entrepreneur to take risks. Without taking risk a venture can't go to its best and it is also true that taking risk is not always gives u the best results might be get the venture fail . 

 Discipline enhances other common entrepreneurial characteristics such as efficiency and reliabilit. Discipline makes the work more effective and give the plan a right direction . 

Confidence is one of the vital entrepreneur characteristics, consisting of belief in oneself and one's abilities. Without it no venture can get success again a most important quality.

There are no specific educational requirements to become an entrepreneur. But yes one required to have some qualities and trade which is the sing that one can be an entrepreneur. Such as creative. Thinking , analysing , prisiving the thought .
